Mostly known for his raunchy stand up act Chris Rock is the producer of a new film called “Good hair”. That chronicles the lives of black people in Hollywood & other wise. With their struggle to have nice , clean , napless hair. The struggle for Black people & their hair has been going on for thousands of years and gets more & more expensive with every decade that passes. With his show “everybody hates Chris” still on tv & another stand up special in the works, it’s not likely we will be seeing him out of order any time soon. Even though he is currently facing a law suit by a woman that claims Chris was apart of another film based on black hair then pulled out to do his own we think “Good Hair” is gonna be a mega hit. September 2009 Comedian of the Month
Russell Brand
In his Next movie he will be playing a sex addict a dug addict and an alcoholic. In real life he once was all of the above. Most comics would fear six years of sobriety would ruin their funny charm but for Russell it doesn’t seem to have stopped him in the least. In the last 2 years he has made his mark in america in films like “Bedtime Stories” with Adam Sandler and “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” were he truly stole the film away from the everyone else. Now he is about to step on the radio city hall stage live to reprise his role as the Host of the MTV Music Video awards which he managed very well last year. We just love , love, love him and want more ,more ,more! Guess that’s why he won the Uk’s Shagger of the year award once you have him you want him again and agian! July Heat Wave 2009 Comedian of The Month
Collin Williams
19 years old & already hitting the comedy stages in The Us. That is no easy task, even some of the greats still get stage fright.

Born into a biracial family, Collin quickly realized he had to embrace diversity or go crazy. Choosing the former (the jury’s still out on the crazy part), he learned to make fun of his differences while developing a unique brand of improv inspired standup known as improp. 
Since hitting his first open mic at Seattle’s Comedy Underground when he was barely 17, Collin has come a long way in a few short years. He has played all over the West from comedy clubs to colleges and even a stadium. His family-friendly (yet slightly dark*) humor proves irresistible to audiences, earning him a nomination by Salt Lake City Weekly as one of Utahs top comedians in 2008. Catch this rising young star so that one day, you can look back and say “I saw that young kid before they found out he was just plain crazy”.

Wanda Sykes has always been the under the radar loud mouthed comedian. Also the cynic & never the lamb
she has played opposite Chris Rock more times then we can count either as a counter part or his wise cracking straight talker. She has hosted programs on Comedy Central, done endless stand-up acts live &
recorded & even had her own show for a brief moment in time. All this is in account & yet even as a
puppets voice on “Crank Yankers” this won’t be what she is remembered for. (Sigh of relief) No her shining
moment is being at the Presidents beckoned call to rouse & entertain Washington’s elite & hollywoods
hanger-ons at the “Press Dinner” Still yet for the first black president, as the first black female “Out
Lesbian” comedian to do so! She is a true diva & over the years we have gotten a glimpse at the real Wanda.
Only for a moment before she cusses over “hey hey who do you think your staring at like that!”

CMB: What city are you in currently?
KJ: I’m currently in Los Angeles where I was born and raised.. I’m one of the few comics actually from LA..
Most comics grow up elsewhere then migrate to Cali.. But not me!! WESTSIIIDDE!!!!
CMB: When did you first know you wanted to do comedy?
KJ: I realized I wanted to do comedy when I was about 12. I started filming funny sketches that I’d show off
at school and just became addicted to acting silly and making people laugh.. So from that point on, comedy
was always an aspiration of mine..
CMB: We noticed you have boyish good looks. Do you find you have more lady fans the male?
KJ: Lmao @ “boyish good looks”!! Well on the internet I definitely get more mail from the ladies than guys.
. Which I don’t mind AT ALL!! I guess it’s understandable because the fellas think I’m funny as hell but the
ladies may think I’m funny ass hell and rather handsome, lol.. So they have more reasons to like me..
CMB: What do you like best, doing videos or stand up?
KJ: Wow, on certain nights, doing stand up can be the greatest feeling on Earth.. Just getting that live,
instant reaction and hearing the crowd roar with laughter feels so good, it’s indescribable.. But not all
nights are like that.. And the nights that aren’t like that can be frustrating.. But filming sketches is fun as
well, but it’s A LOT of work involved when you wear all the hats like I do.. But to see and hear peoples
reaction to the finished product is also a wonderful feeling.. So honestly, because of some of the frustrating
nights you can have doing stand up, I’d say that filming sketches might be more enjoyable all together..
CMB: When making a video what is your first step?
KJ: When making a video, my first step is always brainstorming and jotting down every idea that comes to
mind thats relative to the topic at hand.. Once that’s done, I start slowly putting the pieces together.. Then
it’s time to film..
CMB: In your “Rihanna’s revenge” that made video of the week, we got alot of email about the girl that
played her. Who is she? & does she also do comedy?
KJ: The girl in Rihanna’s Revenge is Tiffany Haddish.. She also does stand-up.. She’s been on Def Comedy
Jam and yall can catch her in Ice Cube’s upcoming movie called “Janky Promoters”..
CMB: What are your goals for the rest of 2009?
KJ: Well I’m currently hard at work putting together ideas for my own TV show.. I plan to film the pilot in a
few weeks and pitch it to the networks.. I feel there’s a void in comedy right now that only I can fill. Just
being real.. Other than that, yall can be on the look out for my hilarious dvd/cd I’m working on as well..

I don’t get it . Chayse doesn’t get it. In fact no body @ chasemebaby.com get’s it to be
honest but someone does! 170,148 people on myspace seem to & oh yea Comedy Central. Even though he
is about 30 or more spots away from the top 20 Comedians on Myspace. He managed to square a starring
role on his own show! “Important Things” Airing right after the mega hit that keeps coming back “South Park”. If you haven’t
noticed lately Comedy Central has dwindled its programming down to umm 4 shows a week. The rest are
all repeats. So how did this young lad get his own show, Out of all the comedians out there? We suggest
you watch the videos below & tell us! Cause we don’t have a clue but we give props where props are due & for
making something out of nothing here is a round of applause for Demetri!

Then a commercial peeked the interest of our male staffers , staffs! “Come have brunch with Bridget” a pretty brunette girl says & the men say When & where! Bridget Mcmanus a 29 y.o. Comedian out in L.A. is just starting to truly make her mark on television with her new show on logo & logo online.

As you may know I am featuring for Eddie Griffin down the Pittsburgh Improv…..And man its been a good time…..I heard that Griffin is a asshole and all this other stuff but he was super cool……the feature does 20 to 25 minutes….So I did my time and I thought you know maybehe’s in the green room just doing his thing not caring…..and this Dude is in a Corner Laughing at my shit…..He gets up after the Emcee intoduces him and Clowns my act for about the first part of his act lol……And gives me props….

Then I finally got to meet him at the end of the show and this dude says “you’s a Funny Motherfucker man”…..he goes “them impersonations had me weak, You remind me of a young…….Eddie Murphy thats who.” he then says….”Same energy and all that shit.” then Terry Jones is speechless…..I mean damn Eddie Murphy is one of my favorites of all time…..And that was teh greatest compliment I ever gotten……He then Continues to say “do you have managment?”…..I go no……He then says…..”well your about to.”……And has someone get my number……I mean that was amazing!……And Tommorow are the final shows…..7:00 and 9:00…….And man that was crazy….“
