August 2010 Visionary of the Month: Cliff (Cliffy B) Bleszinski
You should have seen this coming a mile away! Gears heads like us (Gears of War) have to bow down to the creative genius behind the game. Especially with all the Hype around the third game coming April 2011 & the huge push by the fans for a Film version.
When you spend days on the Multiplayer version of Gears of War, you can’t help but fall in love! This features up to five-on-five competitive gameplay, with teams representing the Gears or the Locust. Matches can either be played in Ranked mode where one’s performance is tracked through leaderboards but prevents players from inviting friends or adjusting the settings of the match, or in Social mode in which a player can adjust several settings of the game and invite friends to join, but where performance in the game does not rack up as many points.
Since Cliff is one if not the only hot guys out of the gaming world he even has a legion of lady fans. Lady fans that were pretty upset with the fact that when Gears of War 2 arrived there still wasn’t a female player. Luckily he heard their cries & in the 3rd installment that is remedied times 2! His death was a shock to millions. His Designs were revered & his twisted work for lady Gaga will be a part of History. To lose someone on at the top of their game is always the hardest. Yet always the most memorable. We have a month long tribute to designer McQueen. So stay tuned for his bio & amazing videos featuring his particular fashions!

Giovanni Calise
He is the man with the plan & we have a full interview with Gio Below!
CMB: So I recently Sat Down with Giovanni to discuss what his visions were for the talent that is so rarely tapped out in the New England Area. An area home to the smallest state (Rhode Island), The biggest Baseball team (the Red Sox) & Pauly D of the Jersey Shore. (yup he is From R.I. Too.)
CMB: How does one start hosting & directing fashion & talent shows?
Gio: I started small. When I was still in college I was a club promoter. I watched as a few people would use the venues I promoted , to host fashion shows. After the first one I witnessed I thought, “I could do that.” The first one I held was in a night club back then all we had was 2 dancers & 12 models. It was a start.
CMB: So then how did they become these massive events that take place in Convention Centers & Casinos?
Gio: As the The word got out the crowds got bigger & so did the turn out for auditions. So then themes began to change & so did the production.
CMB: What is the difference between the New England Talent Awards & The Fashion Concerts you host?
Gio: Money. (he laughs) The Talent awards give away $2000.00 cash prize to the winner & is really about finding talent. The Fashion Concert (even though we do place raw talent in the midst) has more vetted acts such as Chayse Love who perform to promote their latest projects. Plus it drains the life out of me to construct a fully timed Fashion Show mixed with Musical performances.
CMB: We here at CHasemebaby were able to pull 2 models & a musician to feature on the site from the casting call of your latest “fashion Concert” this May. These young people were chosen out of 300 people who auditioned. How many people would you say have taken part in your events? 
Gio: Put it this way I have put about 700 people on stage over 10 years. Not all of them went on to be huge stars. Maybe a fraction of them did & are still in the process. But for many of them it was an ego booster they desperately needed. Or the one time they wanted to have a moment on stage & perform. Some people get up there & realize its too much for them & some people just want that feeling for just a second. I have heard many sad stories about the home lives of some of the acts in previous shows. Its nice to know I gave them a moment of hope or starting point for their careers.
CMB: So you seem like a busy man & have many ties to your community. What is next in the world of Giovanni Calise?
Gio: Well I am always a full time online specialist. But I have been looking into shifting my hosting powers into charity events & possibly trying my hand at politics.
CMB: Now that will be something to see.

April 2010′s Visionary of the Month
Tyler Perry might have a wig, a dress & a pack of Newport’s to thank for his success but if that doesn’t make him a Visionary we don’t know what does! The fact that he had the foresight to create a character that could resonate with so many people around the world & still keep to his values is something myths are made of. Tyler came from Homelessness to incredible wealth but it took hard work & many tears. He also used to tears of women in his life (mother , aunts & friends) to write amazing stage plays about how to deal with struggles. As a child of an abused mother he not only keeps this a running topic in all his films but he always makes sure to attack the problem from both angles. Wether its at the hands of the man or the women. In the case of “Precious” it was a very violent women who was such a powerful character it won Mo’nique her first Oscar. Most if not 90% of Tylers movies debut at #1 & ride high in the charts for weeks. Sure they can be a little mellow dramatic (Soap operas on screen is what we call them). But this comes from a man heavily influenced by the laughter & tears of soap operas. In fact he even loved the lavish way the rich lived in those shows & reflects that in his films as well as his own life. Tyler has become a man of wealth with many friends in high places but that hasn’t stopped him from staying relatable & he always gives back. He is a true visionary & we can’t wait to see what he lines up next! Check out some of our favorite Tyler Perry moments below,

February 2010 Visionary of the Month James Cameron
By Rules of our site we have never done full cut & paste on anyone. So of course we couldn’t pull that on the most successful & well respected Directors in the world. When we place people in the Visionary Category it isn’t because they are famous or rich it is for the Visions they have & shared with the world. Cameron’s Vision of a Moon/ Planet that was being depleted by The Corperate world isn’t a new idea but a new approach at the issues we currently face on our own planter. “Avatar” is now the biggest & largest grossing movie ever in the world & it isn’t even Cameron’s first time in the running. Titanic just recently lost that title to “Avatar” & her directed both films. With a healthy 15 year gap between the two. He also is the creatuve mind behind scary yet beloved classics like Terminator & Aliens. There is Virtually nothingthis man hasn’t touched that didn’t turn to gold. So for that we had no choice but to commend him. Hell for all we know the next time he makes a huge movie like this won’t be for another 20 years!
But we hope all of you that vote later this year really take a good look at all of our featured Visonaries because James Cameron has got plenty accolades as it is so we are sure he wouldn’t mind coming in a healthy second on our little site.
